WHO ARE WE?
Our team currently consists of 19 brilliant animators and illustrators from whom you can learn and who will make sure you grow as an artist. The everyday job of an artist in Nanobit includes drawing characters, environments, assets, cut scenes, animations, and loading screens - basically, all visuals that do not include the user interface. All our art is done digitally and the tools we use on a daily basis are Photoshop, Illustrator, Spine, Blender and After Effects, while our illustrators work on a Wacom Cintiq or a tablet (Wacom Intuos or Huion display). 🤩
HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
- Work on existing games in accordance with their style
- Create new characters, themes and graphics for upcoming games
- Work in a team of designers and artists
- Animate characters and create visual effects (not a necessary condition, so feel free to apply even if you have no experience with animation)
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO UNLOCK THIS ROLE?
- Ability to efficiently express your high level of creativity and meet the goals of the project by working independently
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Adaptability to different styles and an understanding of the importance of maintaining a unified visual style throughout a game

- Openness to constructive feedback on your work
- Accountability for your tasks and their results

WHAT’S NEXT?
- Initial Screening: We’ll start by reviewing all applications to identify those best suited for the position. If you’re not selected this time, please feel free to apply again in the future; we’d be happy to consider your application.
- Practical Assignment: To give you a clearer picture of the role and help us assess your fit, you'll first have to complete a practical assignment from home. You’ll have 2 weeks to complete it.
- First Interview: Candidates who excel in the assignment will be invited to an interview. This will combine a culture fit assessment with a technical evaluation to further explore your suitability for the role.
- Final Interview: If you advance to this step, it means you are among the top candidates for the role. A final interview with our Head of HR and Department Head will be scheduled to discuss your fit for the role and address any remaining questions. :)
