3D Motion Designer

We are looking for a 3D Motion Designer to create video ads for mobile games across various advertising platforms. This role involves video editing, working with shape animation, adapting ads, performing keying, rotoscoping, tracking, color grading, and working with both external and pre-made assets, as well as creating new assets to bring creative ideas to life.

Must Have

• Creating video ads for mobile games across advertising platforms
• Video editing, working with shape animation, and adapting ads for various advertising networks
• Performing keying, rotoscoping, tracking, and color grading
• Working with external assets
• Working on tasks based on technical assignment using pre-made assets, as well as handling creative tasks involving sourcing or creating assets to bring ideas to life
• Experience in game development
• Proficiency in Unity and Blender
• Well-developed sense of aesthetics, style and composition
• Awareness of current trends in mobile advertising
• Strong sense of rhythm and timing in animation
• Creative mindset and the ability to effectively bring ideas to life
• Confident user of Adobe software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Good to Have

• Experience with audio editors (Adobe Audition, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, FL Studio)
• Experience with Unreal
