Job Summary

Papegames is seeking a 3D Scene Intern for the Love and Deepspace project as part of their Boot Camp Early Bird Program. The intern will be responsible for 3D production, model finalization, and collaborating with various departments to enhance art quality and optimize workflows. Key tasks include creating 3D scene models, textures, and materials based on game settings and original art, while maintaining the game's artistic style and quality standards. The role requires a strong art background and proficiency in 3D software.

Must Have

  • Strong art background, bachelor's degree or above
  • Proficient modeling skills, solid drawing techniques, and good color sense
  • Proficiency in 3dmax/Maya, Zbrush/Mudbox, Substance Designer/Painter, Quixel suit, Marvelous Designer, Photoshop
  • Passion for the game industry, able to withstand work pressure and challenges
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, proactive in project development, and motivated
  • Excellent learning ability, able to complete tasks as required

Good to Have

  • Experience in game production with Unity3d/Unreal engine

1. Proficient in 3D production and engine-related work;

2. Responsible for model finalization and outsourcing review;

3. Maintain close cooperation and communication with planning, design, and technical departments to improve the artistic quality of projects and optimize existing workflows;

4. According to game settings, understand the intention of original art, produce 3D scene models and object resources, texture drawing, and material production;

5. Understand the game's art style and quality follow-up, cooperate in the entire process to achieve the product's artistic effects;

6. Have a high sensitivity and awareness of R&D processes and collaboration.

Job Requirements

1. Strong art background, bachelor's degree or above;

2. Possess proficient modeling skills, solid drawing techniques, and a good sense of color;

3. Proficient in 3dmax/Maya, Zbrush/Mudbox, Substance Designer/Painter, Quixel suit, Marvelous Designer, Photoshop, and other related production software;

4. Experience in game production with Unity3d/Unreal engine is preferred;

5. Passionate about the game industry, able to withstand work pressure and challenges;

6. Good communication and teamwork skills, proactive in project development, and motivated;

7. Excellent learning ability, able to complete tasks as required.
