The Account Director must be strategically minded and will serve as a key team lead, the bridge between client and agency as well as agency partners, and oversee multiple workstreams on global CPG accounts. They must be able to build and enhance internal team dynamics, strengthen our client relationships and build trust. They are valued partners to senior brand managers and marketing directors, as well as agency leaders.
The Account Director must exhibit strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure that client, agency, and vendor relationships are thriving and that campaigns are strategically designed to meet client objectives and achieve the KPI’s.
