Job Description
In Bogotá – Colombia, we are looking for a Project Manager. With 4 to 6 years of experience in the role with advertising and marketing agencies, their mission will focus on supporting the planning, coordination, and supervision of the execution of marketing projects, taking into account budget and established time, as well as the creation of project objectives and scope in collaboration with the client and the agency's internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop a detailed project plan that includes resource allocation, activity schedule, and project stages.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external teams involved in the project to ensure alignment on deliverables and deadlines.
- Proactively manage project risks, identifying and resolving possible improvements during project execution.
- Track project progress, ensuring that agreed objectives and deliverables, budgets are met, and managing any deviation from the original plan.
- Ensure meetings, task delegation, budget management, delivery and monitoring of management indicators, presentation of reports for optimal project execution.
- Conduct meetings with clients and provide status reports, as well as integrating client feedback into the project workflow.
- Evaluate projects after completion to detect improvements.
- Receive Briefs for tracking and managing their execution.
- Ensure compliance with the company's processes, policies, and procedures, both locally and regionally.
Qualifications
- Leadership, customer service, analysis, negotiation, planning, monitoring skills, experience with large advertisers, and proficiency in project management tools.
- English proficiency: intermediate - advanced level.
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as: Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, and Microsoft Project, CORE related to their area of performance.
- Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall, among others.
- Familiarity with regulations related to social media advertising, data privacy, and transparency in influencer collaborations.
