Job Description

Epsilon’s Program Management Team is seeking a Program Manager to support Automotive marketing efforts for Epsilon’s OEM Products. The role focuses on managing relationships with engineering, analysts, and Client Services to drive system enhancements and develop marketable outputs. Responsibilities include identifying OEM/Product needs, gathering feedback, defining MVP, developing roadmaps, managing initiatives, and supporting client meetings to ensure program success and product enhancement.
Good To Have:
  • Experience working with Team Foundation Server (TFS) & Confluence.
  • Understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Must Have:
  • Ensures prioritized OEM/Product requests move through the Portfolio Kanban.
  • Responsible for identifying OEM/Product needs.
  • Gathers Account/Sales/Customer feedback to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).
  • Defines Minimal Viable Product for OEM/Product requests and prioritizes features.
  • Develops and maintains the OEM Roadmap.
  • Work with Clients/3rd party vendors as needed to gather requirements & facilitate project needs.
  • Creates & manages OEM program Lean Business Cases from inception through approval.
  • Create & manage OEM program Initiatives from inception through implementation.
  • Attend Client Services/Client meetings as needed to support program.
  • Attend Program/Product Management strategy & collaboration meetings.
  • Identifies, evaluates, and recommends marketing opportunities.
  • Assist in prioritization of initiatives at the OEM program and overall project levels.
  • Maintains current status of customer requirements for existing and future products.
  • Ensure accuracy of OEM program backlog & parking lot information.
  • Review program documentation.
  • Communicates customer feedback to engineering to enhance existing program(s) or product line(s).
  • Collects and tracks data.
  • Assist Program/Product Support with Dealer/Client Services/Program Headquarters issue resolution.
  • Assist Client Services with OEM program collateral materials.
  • Attend Program/Product training; resource for Level 1 team members.
  • Supports day to day operations of OEM.
  • Knowledgeable on functionality &/or enhancements of products & services.
  • Able to apply concepts for feasibility and data availability.
  • Able to analyze reports for analysis and Ad Hoc requests.
  • Ability to function in both a self-motivated and team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize work, and shift priorities as needed to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Ability to support small fast-moving projects as well as large multi-team dependent projects.
  • Able to support larger projects underway.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, organization, leadership and customer service skills.
  • Basic marketing industry knowledge.
  • Experience working with Microsoft products, such as Teams, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
  • Requires 2yrs of related experience.

Overview

Epsilon’s Program Management Team is seeking a Program Manager who will support Automotive marketing efforts for Epsilon’s OEM Products. The PM will primarily focus on managing relationships with engineering team members, analysts, and Client Services team(s) with the goal of driving system enhancements and developing marketable outputs.

Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to further develop Program Management skills, while working with OEM Program Team in a collaborative team environment. This role provides a motivated/fast learner that is interested in a marketing career, with an excellent foundation in Program Management.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Ensures that prioritized OEM/Product requests move through the Portfolio Kanban
  • Responsible for identifying OEM/Product needs
  • Gathers Account/Sales/Customer feedback to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s)
  • Defines Minimal Viable Product for OEM/Product requests and prioritizes features
  • Develops and maintains the OEM Roadmap that reflects committed, forecasted & backlogged Initiatives
  • Work with Clients/3rd party vendors as needed to gather requirements & facilitate project needs
  • Creates & manages OEM program Lean Business Cases from inception through approval
  • Create & manage OEM program Initiatives from inception (Initiative & Feature creation and User Story review) through implementation (deployment & release)
  • Attend Client Services/Client meetings as needed to support program
  • Attend Program/Product Management strategy & collaboration meetings
  • Identifies, evaluates, and recommends marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives
  • Assist in prioritization of initiatives at the OEM program and overall project levels
  • Maintains current status of customer requirements for existing and future products
  • Ensure accuracy of OEM program backlog & parking lot information
  • Review program documentation, such as master data, coupon library, work items, test data, etc.
  • Communicates customer feedback to engineering to enhance existing program(s) or product line(s)
  • Collects and tracks data
  • Assist Program/Product Support with Dealer/Client Services/Program Headquarters issue resolution
  • Assist Client Services with OEM program collateral materials, such as enrollment forms, user guides, etc.
  • Attend Program/Product training; resource for Level 1 team members
  • Supports day to day operations of OEM in coordination with Dealer Services and Production Support

Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable on functionality &/or enhancements of products & services to improve retention/dealer satisfaction
  • Able to apply concepts for feasibility and data availability
  • Able to analyze reports for analysis and Ad Hoc requests
  • Ability to function in both a self-motivated and team environment
  • Ability to prioritize work, and shift priorities as needed to meet aggressive deadlines and milestones
  • Ability to support small fast-moving projects as well as large multi-team dependent projects
  • Able to support larger projects underway

Technical Requirements

  • Experience working with Microsoft products, such as Teams, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.

Compensation Range: $49,305 - $68,530 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
