This role focuses on transforming the brand into a vibrant cultural presence through strategic content and creator partnerships. The professional will design and lead the brand's engagement within the creator ecosystem, ensuring alignment with purpose, performance, and authenticity. Key responsibilities include developing creative and operational influence strategies, identifying and collaborating with relevant creators, building Always-On campaigns, managing talent relationships, integrating influence with content teams, and monitoring performance. Solid experience in influence, creators, or social media, particularly within financial, technology, or premium lifestyle sectors, is essential.

  • Build Always-On campaigns and programs with creators
  • Manage relationships, negotiations, and deliveries with talents and partner agencies

Job Description

Transform the brand into a living brand within the culture, through the right voices. The professional will be responsible for designing and leading the brand's presence in the creator ecosystem — connecting purpose, performance, and authenticity.

Responsibilities

Professional with solid experience in influence, creators, or social media, preferably with experience in financial, technology, or premium lifestyle brands;

Updated cultural repertoire and keen eye for movements, communities, and trends;

Ability to unite strategy, creation, and human relationship;

Experience in leading complex influence teams and projects, with business vision and fluency in metrics;

Knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn) and their different influence formats;

Qualifications

Lead the brand's creative and operational influence strategy, aligned with content and brand positioning;

Map and select creators, talents, and communities relevant to the brand's cultural and business territories;

Build Always-On campaigns and programs with creators, going beyond paid media and exploring original formats, collaborations, and creative residencies;

Manage relationships, negotiations, and deliveries with talents and partner agencies;

Integrate the influence front with the content team, ensuring consistent and social-first narratives;

Monitor performance, results, and learnings, proposing continuous evolutions;

Be the main bridge between the client and the creator universe, strengthening influence as the brand's creative engine.
