Professional with solid experience in influence, creators, or social media, preferably with experience in financial, technology, or premium lifestyle brands;
Updated cultural repertoire and keen eye for movements, communities, and trends;
Ability to unite strategy, creation, and human relationship;
Experience in leading complex influence teams and projects, with business vision and fluency in metrics;
Knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn) and their different influence formats;
Lead the brand's creative and operational influence strategy, aligned with content and brand positioning;
Map and select creators, talents, and communities relevant to the brand's cultural and business territories;
Build Always-On campaigns and programs with creators, going beyond paid media and exploring original formats, collaborations, and creative residencies;
Manage relationships, negotiations, and deliveries with talents and partner agencies;
Integrate the influence front with the content team, ensuring consistent and social-first narratives;
Monitor performance, results, and learnings, proposing continuous evolutions;
Be the main bridge between the client and the creator universe, strengthening influence as the brand's creative engine.
