Job Description

We are seeking a Social Media & Creative Manager to lead our client's organic social presence. This role involves developing high-level strategy, hands-on content creation, and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms. The manager will shape the brand's digital voice, produce engaging short-form video content, and analyze performance to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. Ideal candidates have a beauty/cosmetics background and strong video editing skills.

Must Have:
  • Own the full lifecycle of organic social presence from strategy to creation.
  • Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Define and maintain clear content pillars.
  • Build and manage a monthly content calendar across all social channels.
  • Concept, shoot, and edit high-performing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Leverage and integrate UGC (user-generated content) and influencer collaborations into the content pipeline.
  • Write engaging, platform-optimized captions that reflect the brand’s tone and personality.
  • Engage authentically with followers through comments, DMs, and replies.
  • Track KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, and click-throughs.
  • Analyze results and share actionable insights and recommendations.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, ideally within beauty, skincare, or DTC e-commerce.
  • Proven experience building and scaling social audiences on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Advanced video editing and content creation skills (CapCut proficiency required).
  • Strong creative instinct with a deep understanding of visual storytelling and audience psychology.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills able to craft compelling, on-brand messaging.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive creative decisions.
  • Highly organized self-starter comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Description

We’re looking for a Social Media & Creative Manager who can own the full lifecycle of our client´s organic social presence from high-level strategy to hands-on creation. This role blends creative direction, content production, and community engagement to fuel the growth across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the digital voice and aesthetic, working closely with our leadership team to build an organic content pipeline that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion.

This is a highly creative, execution-driven position ideal for someone with a beauty or cosmetics background, strong editing skills (especially with CapCut), and a passion for storytelling through short-form video.

Requirements

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Define and maintain clear content pillars (education, transformation, lifestyle, results, and brand story).
  • Build and manage a monthly content calendar across all social channels.
  • Identify emerging trends, sounds, and cultural moments to keep content fresh and relevant.

Content Creation & Editing

  • Concept, shoot, and edit high-performing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Leverage and integrate UGC (user-generated content) and influencer collaborations into the content pipeline.
  • Write engaging, platform-optimized captions that reflect the brand’s tone and personality.
  • Capture and edit B-roll or lifestyle footage when needed; comfort being on camera is a plus.

Community & Growth

  • Engage authentically with followers through comments, DMs, and replies — building meaningful relationships.
  • Monitor brand mentions and industry conversations to identify opportunities for engagement.
  • Collaborate with a fractional community and influencer specialist to expand reach organically.

Performance & Optimization

  • Track KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, and click-throughs.
  • Analyze results and share actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Test and iterate creative formats, hooks, and posting cadences to maximize performance.

Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the Senior Social Lead and leadership to align strategy and execution.
  • Coordinate with design, marketing, and paid media teams for consistent messaging and brand storytelling.
  • Manage external creative contributors, UGC creators, and editors as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing ideally within beauty, skincare, or DTC e-commerce.
  • Proven experience building and scaling social audiences on TikTok and Instagram.
