Job Summary
This role is for a highly capable A-Player to serve as a right-hand to a company founder, driving support, growth, and operational success. Key responsibilities include executive and administrative support, managing content and marketing pipelines, coordinating broker team operations, assisting with deal flow and transactions, and executing strategic projects. The ideal candidate will also handle personal executive logistics, demonstrating strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. This remote position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Must Have
- Manage calendar, appointments, travel, and time-blocking.
- Prioritize emails, filter incoming requests, and prepare responses.
- Coordinate with brokers, vendors, and outside partners.
- Maintain systems, files, documents, and key dashboards.
- Manage weekly content pipeline (YouTube, LinkedIn, training material).
- Prepare scripts, organize recording sessions, coordinate editing, and publish videos.
- Upload content into platforms like Synthesia, YouTube Studio, Canva, and CRM.
- Track posting schedule, performance metrics, and follow-up tasks.
- Prepare weekly team meeting agendas and talking points.
- Track broker KPIs, maintain accountability systems.
- Ensure follow-up tasks are captured, assigned, and completed.
- Assist new brokers with onboarding materials, compliance items, and operational orientation.
- Assist in collecting seller documentation, preparing data rooms, and assembling due diligence files.
- Coordinate communication between sellers, buyers, attorneys, lenders, accountants, and brokers.
- Maintain transaction checklists and ensure milestones are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate initiatives related to private equity outreach, referral partners, and M&A marketing.
- Support the execution of the annual and quarterly agency plan.
- Maintain priority trackers (Who/What/When, dashboards, project charters).
- Ensure that strategic goals move forward consistently.
- Assist with travel planning, reservations, and occasional household administrative tasks.
- Manage recurring health, calendar, and organizational reminders.
- Respect boundaries, confidentiality, and personal scheduling priorities.
- Minimum 3+ years in an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Chief-of-Staff–style role.
- Proven success managing complex calendars, communications, and project workflows.
- Strong proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, CRMs, task managers, spreadsheets, Canva, YouTube Studio, Zoom).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal oversight.
- High confidentiality, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Organized, proactive, and highly reliable.
Good to Have
- Experience in business brokerage, M&A, private equity, real estate, or professional services.
- Experience supporting content creators, YouTubers, or personal brands.
- Experience in marketing coordination or CRM management.
- Project management certification or equivalent real-world experience.

We're looking for a top A-Player to work with one of our clients located in Atlanta, Giorgia! This person will be the right-hand to the founder of the company and will become a key member of the team, enabling support/growth and operations success across all the company.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage my calendar, appointments, travel, and time-blocking.
