The CyberArk Account Executive will drive growth in the Japan client base by selling Identity Security solutions to Japanese Commercial accounts. This role involves developing business cases, leading sales campaigns with cross-functional teams and partners, and focusing on new business and long-term pipeline development. It requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in high-value SaaS solution selling, contributing to business growth in a fast-paced, global, and collaborative environment.

Must Have

  • Identify prospective clients within defined market segments.
  • Drive new business in commercial accounts and develop long-term pipeline.
  • Establish professional and trusted relationships with customers from C-level to operational.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of customer's business model, organization, processes, and financials.
  • Generate leads through seminars and conferences.
  • Follow up on incoming leads and conduct presentations.
  • Leverage CyberArk's product portfolio to gain competitive advantage.
  • Understand competitor strengths and weaknesses for strategic advantage.
  • Collaborate with distributors, VARs, SI partners, and advisory firms.
  • 5 years of experience in quota carrying B2B SaaS or software/hardware IT solution sales.
  • Track record of success in identifying, cultivating, and closing high-value deals.
  • Prior experience developing and growing accounts with commercial - mid markets.
  • Self-driven, proactive, customer-centric, and able to maintain high activity levels.
  • Ability to conduct executive-level presentations and educational seminars.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and motivate internal/external influencers.
  • Organized, efficient, and capable of high production with administrative excellence.
  • Native Japanese, business level English (read/write).

Good to Have

  • Experience using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
  • English conversation capability.

The CyberArk Account Executive (AE) will be part of a high performing cyber security sales team focused on the continued growth of the CyberArk Japan client base. The AE will be responsible for selling the CyberArk Identity Security solutions focused on Japanese Commercial accounts that are assigned to. In this role the AE will be accountable and focused on developing the business case (business value, outcome, etc.) with existing customers and new prospects. The AE will develop the plan and lead the sales campaign work with internal cross-function teams, distributors, value-added resellers and SI partners. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of high value solution selling in a Software-as-a-Service environment.   • Identify prospective CyberArk clients within defined market segments.
  • Driving new business in commercial accounts with continuous development of long-term pipeline to increase CyberArk's share of wallet.
  • Establish a professional and trusted relationship with customers and prospects, from the C-level to the operational level, developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the customer within their business vertical.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer's business model, organizational structures, business processes and financial structure.
  • Generate leads by scheduling and presenting in local seminars and conferences.
  • Follow up on incoming leads, schedule and present in remote or onsite meetings.
  • Demonstrate the ability to leverage CyberArk's portfolio of products and services to change the playing field against our competition.
  • Know strengths and weaknesses of key competitors and using this knowledge to your advantage during a sales cycle.
  • Work with business partners in the wider eco-system of distributors, value-added resellers, SI partners and advisory firms.

##### Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in quota carrying B2B SaaS or software/hardware IT solution sales Track record of success in identifying, cultivating and closing high value deals.
  • Prior experience developing and growing accounts with commercial - mid markets.
  • Track record of success in identifying, cultivating and closing high value deals.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and success-oriented with strong customer centricity. Able to maintain high activity levels and independently drive initiatives forward.
  • Ability to conduct executive level presentations and ‘issue oriented’ educational seminars.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate, navigate and motivate the range of internal and external influencers in enterprises to select and implement identity security solutions.
  • Organized, efficient and able to maintain high level of production while also demonstrating process and administrative excellence
  • Additional point : experience using a CRM system is, preferably Salesforce.
  • Language skill
  • Native Japanese, business level English (read/write)
  • Additional point : English conversation capability
