Job Description

The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve corporate goals and increase sales, particularly within the public and private sectors. Key duties include supervising bid preparation, managing relationships with senior public sector executives and strategic partners, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves market analysis, identifying new growth opportunities, and collaborating with project implementation teams to ensure smooth solution delivery. Regular progress reports to management on sales results and market trends are also required.

Job Description

  • Development and implementation of sales strategy, aiming at achieving corporate goals and increasing sales.
  • Sales to public and private sector clients of the company.
  • Supervision and participation in the preparation of bids.
  • Creation and management of relationships with senior executives and public bodies, as well as with strategic partners.
  • Negotiation of contracts and conclusion of agreements that align with the company's objectives.
  • Market analysis and identification of new development opportunities.
  • Communication and collaboration with project implementation departments to ensure the smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Provision of progress reports to Management, analyzing sales results, market trends, and opportunities for further development.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and project management with public sector clients.
  • Experience in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) projects and solutions.
  • Ability to negotiate and finalize agreements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with different departments and stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages.
  • Very good use of MS Office and CRM tools.
