As a Senior Sales Support Associate, you are part of the Customer Service team. Together, you ensure accurate processing of administrative customer inquiries in our ERP and CRM systems. You manage existing subscriptions and carefully maintain customer data.
You act as second-line support for our customers, so you primarily have internal contacts with our customer service employees, account managers, and debtors, but you are also willing to contact customers directly if necessary to handle a case smoothly.
You are part of the dynamic Sales & Service department and have experienced colleagues who provide you with the necessary support and whom you can approach with all your questions.
