As a Senior Sales Support Associate at Wolters Kluwer, you will be part of the Customer Service team, responsible for accurate processing of administrative customer inquiries in ERP and CRM systems, managing existing subscriptions, and maintaining customer data. As a Senior Sales Support Associate, you are part of the Customer Service team. Together, you ensure accurate processing of administrative customer inquiries in our ERP and CRM systems. You manage existing subscriptions and carefully maintain customer data.

You act as second-line support for our customers, so you primarily have internal contacts with our customer service employees, account managers, and debtors, but you are also willing to contact customers directly if necessary to handle a case smoothly.

You are part of the dynamic Sales & Service department and have experienced colleagues who provide you with the necessary support and whom you can approach with all your questions.

Your Profile

  • You have a bachelor's degree to fall back on or work experience with ERP administration.
  • You work meticulously with an eye for detail to process all information accurately and audit-proof.
  • You are driven to learn new procedures, systems, and products.
  • Affinity with IT systems, knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus.
  • You are curious about how AI can improve processes and are open to learning to work with it in your daily tasks.
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and have operational knowledge of French (or vice versa).
