As a Senior Field Sales Executive, you will manage complex and high-profile accounts, leveraging your deep understanding of business, financials, and market needs to negotiate product/service terms with broad authority. You will drive significant business growth by leading sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and developing tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include managing high-value customer relationships, tracking sales performance, and providing insightful reports to senior management.
Must Have:
  • Manage relationships with key and high-value accounts.
  • Negotiate complex deals with significant terms and conditions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies for large accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic sales planning.
  • Understand and address the unique challenges and needs of major accounts.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to drive improvement.
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Provide comprehensive and insightful sales reports to senior management.
  • Identify and leverage market opportunities for business growth.
  • Travel to and attend conferences, events and customer meetings as required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 7+ years’ experience in Field Sales or Account Management or other equivalent experience.
  • Deep understanding of business, financials, products/services and the market.
  • Recognized as an expert in one or more areas with an external reputation within industry.
  • Expertise in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Proficient in handling complex and high-stakes negotiations.
  • Skilled in managing and growing high-value customer relationships.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret and leverage sales data.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior sales team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Capability to develop and implement customized solutions for clients.
  • Proficiency in advanced sales reporting and analytics tools.

You're a Great Fit if You Have/Can:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 7+ years’ experience in Field Sales or Account Management or other equivalent experience
