Accounts Receivable Controller

You’ll work closely with sales, customer service, and finance colleagues to ensure timely collections, accurate invoicing, and insightful reporting. This is a great opportunity to contribute to Trackman’s growth and operational excellence.Your Responsibilities include:* Managing global accounts receivable operations and ensuring timely invoicing* Monitoring aging reports and proactively handling collections* Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies* Collaborating with internal teams to improve billing workflows* Preparing monthly AR reports and supporting audits* Assisting in automation and system improvements## Job requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field* Experience in accounts receivable or credit control* Solid understanding of accounting principles and ERP systems* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset* Fluent in English, both written and spokenPreferably:Bonus Points If You Have* Experience in a global or tech-driven company* Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems* Ability to thrive in a growing, collaborative environment## The OfficeWe have just moved to our state-of-art HQ in Hørsholm, located at DTU Science Park.
