ALTEN Technology USA is seeking an Aerospace Sales Director for ATEXIS, a leading engineering consulting company specializing in aftermarket services. This role involves building and leading the commercial strategy for North American aerospace, industrial equipment, and railway aftermarket operations from the ground up. The director will drive business development, establish strategic partnerships, analyze market trends, and build a high-performing sales team, playing a pivotal role in ATEXIS's U.S. expansion.

Must Have:
  • Create and execute sales strategies targeting OEMs, airlines, and MRO providers
  • Establish strategic partnerships with industry leaders
  • Drive revenue growth, analyze market trends, and position ATEXIS competitively
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales organization as we scale
  • 10+ years aerospace/defense, industrial equipment or railway sales leadership
  • Proven track record in aftermarket services or technical consulting
  • Proven track record of business development in start-up environments
  • Success in building new markets or launching operations
  • Self-starter willing to make an impact with ability to start from scratch
  • Deep understanding of aerospace, industrial equipment, and railway aftermarket ecosystem
  • Exceptional business development and relationship-building abilities
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%)
  • Bachelor's degree required
