AI Architect (Creative Marketing)

Kwalee is seeking an AI Architect for its Creative team in Bangalore. This permanent, on-site role involves designing, implementing, and championing AI-powered creative pipelines, embedding Generative AI into workflows to produce high-performing, cost-effective content. The architect will collaborate with Creative Production, Artists, Editors, Performance Marketing, and Technology teams to maximize commercial success for games through innovative AI solutions.

Must Have

• Champion an AI-first creative culture, embedding Generative AI across all creative workflows
• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered pipelines for static images, video, audio, and playable ads
• Act as Kwalee’s subject-matter expert in local diffusion models and creative AI technologies
• Maintain hands-on expertise with tools such as ComfyUI, Fooocus, and Automatic1111
• Prioritise the use of local, open-source AI models, ensuring performance, compliance, and optimisation
• Train, mentor, and upskill creative teams through workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Lead R&D into emerging AI models, tools, and workflows to drive continuous innovation
• Design reusable workflows, templates, and ComfyUI graphs to accelerate creative production
• Integrate automation tools (e.g. n8n) to streamline creative and research tasks
• Monitor industry trends, competitor output, and new AI developments
• Support playable ad production through AI-driven asset generation and iteration
• Maintain structured documentation and archives of AI assets, workflows, and model graphs
• Improve efficiency, reduce production time, and enhance creative performance to drive profitability
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Creative, Growth, and Technology functions
• Deep expertise in Generative AI and diffusion models, with proven real-world application in creative or commercial environments
• Strong hands-on experience with ComfyUI, Automatic1111, Fooocus, or similar AI tooling
• Experience designing and productionising scalable AI workflows and pipelines
• Proven ability to mentor, train, and influence teams on AI-first approaches
• Strong documentation skills with a disciplined approach to knowledge sharing
• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate custom AI models and systems
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to simplify complex challenges
• Curious, experimental, and proactive approach to adopting emerging AI technologies
• Analytical, output-driven mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.

The AI Architect – Creative will be responsible for designing, implementing, and championing Kwalee’s next-generation AI-powered creative pipelines.
