MY.GAMES is a leading European game developer and publisher seeking an Anaplan Analyst/Modeler. The role involves building and supporting Anaplan models, including designing and maintaining complex models, ensuring integration with existing systems, and managing data hierarchies. You will analyze and automate workflows by gathering business requirements and translating them into Anaplan solutions, driving automation in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting. The position also requires supporting users by training them on Anaplan, troubleshooting issues, and documenting models. You will also be responsible for testing and enhancing models to meet evolving business needs. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience with Anaplan modeling and BI tools, strong data modeling skills, and excellent analytical abilities.

Must have:

4+ years of Anaplan modeling experience
4+ years working with BI tools

Experience with large datasets

What you'll do:

1. Build and support Anaplan models

Design and maintain complex Anaplan models to streamline business processes
Ensure smooth integration with existing systems and databases
Set up and manage data hierarchies, build user-friendly dashboards and reports

2. Analyze and automate workflows

Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions
Drive automation and optimization of processes related to financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and more

3. Support users

Train and support business users on how to work effectively with Anaplan
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance or logic

4. Document and report

Create clear, detailed documentation for Anaplan models—including data structures, business logic, and user interfaces
Generate regular performance reports and suggest improvements

5. Test and enhance models

Test models to ensure they meet business needs
Roll out updates, new features, and improvements in line with evolving requirements

What you need to succeed:

4+ years of hands-on experience with Anaplan modeling
4+ years working with BI tools
Strong knowledge of data modeling and financial process management
Experience working with large datasets and maintaining data integrity
Excellent analytical skills and sharp attention to detail
Proven ability to collaborate across departments and gather requirements
Familiarity with additional data analysis tools is an advantage

Nice to have:

Experience working with QlikSense
Anaplan certification(s)
