You love chemistry and enjoy hands-on work? As a chemical laboratory assistant with us, you'll be right in the middle of transforming raw materials into high-quality products like tile adhesive. You'll prepare formulations, conduct analyses, and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. Here, you can live out your curiosity, work practically, and see how chemistry functions in everyday life.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN DURING YOUR APPRENTICESHIP

• Preparation of formulations and testing of raw materials
• Quality control of our products, e.g., tile adhesive
• Performing chemical analyses and documenting results
• Operating laboratory and production equipment
• Practical application of safety and environmental protection regulations

• Annual bonus 100%, holiday pay 700 €
• Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 30 days holiday
• Digital equipment: iPad or Notebook (depending on profession)
• Mobility & Internationality: Deutschland-Ticket, EU exchange programs
• Personal support: Fixed contact person, regular feedback
• Exam preparation: Two days paid leave
• Takeover chances: We want our apprentices to stay – if you are committed and show your strengths, the chances are excellent
• Your perspective after the apprenticeship: Salary group E7 – 3,635 € (according to chemical industry collective agreement from April 2025)
