As a chemical technician with us, you are in the thick of it: You control and monitor our production facilities, ensure that high-quality products are created from raw materials, and make sure everything runs smoothly. Your job is the perfect blend of chemistry and technology – practical, varied, and responsible.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN DURING YOUR APPRENTICESHIP

• Operating, monitoring, and maintaining production facilities
• Manufacturing and filling our construction chemical products
• Taking samples and performing simple analyses
• Documenting production processes and results
• Applying safety, health, and environmental protection regulations

• Working hours: 38.5 hours per week, 30 days holiday
• Digital equipment: iPad or Notebook (depending on profession)
• Exam preparation: Two days paid leave
• Mobility & Internationality: Deutschland-Ticket, EU exchange programs
• Personal support: Fixed contact person, regular feedback
• Takeover chances: We want our apprentices to stay – if you are committed and show your strengths, the chances are excellent
• Your perspective after the apprenticeship: Salary group E6 – €3,552 (according to chemical collective agreement from April 2025)

WHAT YOU BRING

• At least a good secondary school leaving certificate (Berufsreife) or a secondary school leaving certificate
• Enthusiasm for the combination of chemistry and technology
• Responsible and careful way of working
• Manual dexterity and enjoyment of practical work
• Willingness to work shifts (after the apprenticeship)
