Become part of our VALEO team and revolutionize the experience of autonomous and connected driving.We are looking for YOU as APU Manager (m/w/d) for our location in Friedrichsdorf.### These challenges await you:* You manage team induction, competence development, and autonomy through training and follow-up actions.* You ensure adherence to safety, work instructions, and quality standards, escalating issues as per protocols.* You lead meetings, annual reviews, succession planning, and promote continuous improvement.* You foster a positive work environment and recognize team achievements.* You enforce health, safety, and environmental rules, and oversee equipment maintenance.* You ensure customer satisfaction, SQCDM performance, and profitability by meeting and improving targets.* You lead daily problem-solving, ergonomic risk elimination, and action plans to enhance SQCDM metrics.* You contribute to project industrialization, ensuring smooth startups and layout optimizations.### You inspire us with that:* You have a master’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Production, Industrial, Mechanical)* You have several years of professional experience in the production area* You have very good knowledge of MS Office* You have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, TPM, Standard Work, 8D etc.)* You have very good analytical skills, as well as the ability to solve problems* You have very good communication skills* You speak German and English fluently### Why Valeo:At VALEO, we firmly believe that great technologies are born out of passion.* 💶 Compensation package.
