Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Archive Assistant to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately managing the physical storage and retrieval of confidential client records, ensuring strict adherence to security and compliance protocols, and maintaining high inventory accuracy in our documentation centers. You will execute daily processes for the safe and precise reception, storage, and retrieval of client documents and media, collaborate with local operations teams and management to efficiently meet daily service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure compliance with all Iron Mountain security standards, norms, and regulations for handling sensitive information.

Must Have

  • Strong knowledge in inventory control, security procedures, and best practices in physical security
  • Proven ability in physical effort, reliable task execution, and high attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent

What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

  • Execute daily processes for the safe and accurate reception, storage, and retrieval of client documents and media, using a results-focused approach.
  • Collaborate with local operations teams and management to efficiently meet daily service level agreements (SLAs) and support a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all Iron Mountain security standards, norms, and regulations for handling sensitive information, prioritizing the clarity of these responsibilities.

What You Will Bring
