Responsibilities include recruiting and managing a sales team of team leaders and indirect employees, planning market strategies, and ensuring alignment between targets and delivery. The position requires monitoring quality parameters, validating acquisitions, and conducting audits. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sales, negotiation, coaching, mentoring, and possess strong networking capabilities, with a willingness to travel extensively.
