Job Description

Performs a variety of repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations in the production of medical devices. The role requires adherence to standard operating procedures and assembly drawings, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Responsibilities include accurate documentation in Lot History Records and inspecting for process variations. Candidates should possess relevant manufacturing experience, strong coordination, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Must have:
  • Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assembly drawings
  • Work in a fast-paced quality and with integrity always environment
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices with regard to material labeling, SOPs and proper segregation of material in the production process
  • Accurately document all required entries in the Lot History Record
  • Demonstrate competence regarding correct production process methods and be able to inspect for variation from these correct methods
  • Acquired relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • Good hand-to-hand and hand-to-eye coordination
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with a team of people

  • You’ve acquired relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Your skills include good hand-to-hand and hand-to-eye coordination
  • You have a high school dipolma or equivalent.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.
  • You’re a self-starter and have the ability to work independently and with a team of people

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an onsite role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Colorado Springs, CO is $17.75 to $23.71

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Colorado Springs, CO.
