As the Regional Service Parts Leader for the Americas, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success by providing high-performance parts-delivery, ensuring the right part is delivered when and where needed. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain improvement strategies, optimizing end-to-end processes, and serving as a key escalation point. You will establish frameworks for Operational Excellence, integrate with Regional Service activities, and anchor Service Parts process requirements to enable an effective and efficient supply chain.
Must have:
  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Process Improvement or Operational Excellence
  • At least 2 years being a people manager
  • Skills in problem solving, conceptualizing, and Lean methodologies
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments

Regional Service Parts Leader - Americas

As the Regional Service Parts Leader your role is responsible for customer success by providing high-performance parts-delivery performance. The key purpose is to provide them with the right part when and where they need it – every time. In this role you will be part of the regional SPS team, a newly formed team responsible for customer success in the region by providing high-performance parts-delivery performance and introducing new capabilities supporting regional Service offerings.

Your role:

  • Drives the development and implementation of comprehensive supply chain improvement strategies, ensuring optimization of end-to-end supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will also be the key escalation point for all the regional team.
  • Establishes and maintains a robust framework for Operational Excellence methodologies and tools, driving consistency and excellence in process optimization efforts across all functional areas of the supply chain.
  • Achieving seamless integration with Regional Service activities and superb levels of collaboration across the value chain.
  • Anchoring Service Parts process requirements into the Regional Service processes to enable an effective and efficient Supply Chain

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience in areas such as Supply Chain Management, Business Process Improvement or Operational Excellence. At least 2 years being a people manager.
  • Your skills include problem solving, conceptualizing, knowledge in Lean.
  • You have a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management or equivalent. Master's Degree is a plus.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You have strong communication skills. Able to communicate in cross-functional and cross-cultural environment.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an office role in our Philips office in Nashville.

Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Nashville, Tennessee is $144,750 to $231,600.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
