This role involves leading the implementation of Radiology Informatics (RI) solutions for Philips Service and Solutions Delivery in Iberia. The Project Manager will guide the site implementation team to ensure successful deployment, meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities include understanding customer environments, applying Philips solutions using recognized methodologies, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining timely communication with stakeholders. The role also involves utilizing Philips Project Management tools and gathering Voice of Customer input for continuous improvement.
Must have:
  • Develop an understanding of customer environments, including key stakeholders, IT policies, constraints, and requirements.
  • Comprehend customer needs and effectively apply Philips solutions using recognized project methodologies.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain timely communication with customers regarding project status.
  • Provide updates to Philips management on project progress.
  • Utilize Philips Project Management tools and applications to ensure efficient project management.
  • Ensure customers have the necessary information to interact with Philips efficiently and economically.
  • Gather and report the Voice of Customer (VoC) input for continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, technical field, or business management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project team management.
  • Proven success in high-tech international project management.
  • Strong project management skills, including multitasking and methodology application.
  • Solid understanding of IT products and network environments.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English, both oral and written.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to drive performance and achieve results.
  • Strong analytical and customer-centric skills.
  • Background in Healthcare IT.
Good to have:
  • Experience in radiology department workflows.

Job Details

In this role you are responsible for the implementation of Radiology Informatics (RI) solutions within Philips Service and Solutions Delivery in Iberia.

The job holder serves as the project manager, leading the site implementation team to satisfactory deployment of the project solutions and business deliverables for Philips and the customer, so that customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Your role:

  • Develop an understanding of customer environments, including key stakeholders, IT policies, constraints, and requirements for change justification within the designated region.
  • Comprehend customer needs and effectively apply Philips solutions using recognized project methodologies.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain timely communication with customers regarding project status.
  • Provide updates to Philips management on project progress.
  • Utilize Philips Project Management tools and applications to ensure efficient project management.
  • Ensure customers have the necessary information to interact with Philips efficiently and economically.
  • Gather and report the Voice of Customer (VoC) input for continuous improvement.

You're the right fit if you:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, technical field, or business management; PMI certification preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project team management.
  • Proven success in high-tech international project management.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to represent Philips effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, including multitasking and methodology application.
  • Solid understanding of IT products and network environments.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English, both oral and written.

Geography: The role will have a regional scope (Iberia)
