· Can take a 3D walkthrough of all models/variants/trims on sale
· Can customize the vehicle and see exactly how it looks like and how much it will cost
· Can take a ‘Virtual Consultation’ with a sales agent in the virtual world (some like to call it Metaverse)
The Role –
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Associate Customer Success – (Australia Support) to join our team and provide exceptional support and client interaction to our valued clients. In this role, you will be the frontline advocate for our clients, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be key as you guide clients through onboarding, address their concerns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. Your knack for meaningful client interaction will foster strong relationships and contribute to the success of our clients.

What we seek
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
· 2-3 Years of Experience
· Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.
· Strong analytical skills, with a problem-solving attitude.
· Professional written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills to maintain information in a structured manner
· High bias for action and a Can-Do attitude to drive outcomes.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Work Shift - 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM shift
