Your daily life

We provide and support systems for air traffic management and protection. We work with passion in a modern architectural setting and strive to push the boundaries of technology in our key sectors. South of Paris, our site is easily accessible by public transport.

As a project manager, your missions are:

• Project Launch:
• Collaborate closely with the BID team to ensure contractual support and a smooth offer-to-project transition.
• Set up the project steering team and anticipate project launch (plan, schedule, work package sheets, etc.).

• Overall Project Management:
• Represent the project internally and externally, especially with clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Organize and lead project instances (planning meetings, progress reviews, activity synchronization).
• Monitor activity progress and milestone adherence in accordance with contractual commitments.

• Coordination of Project Teams
• Manage all internal project stakeholders (work package leaders, work package managers, PMO).
• Ensure coordination with cross-functional departments (engineering, industry, finance, operational management, quality, etc.).

• Project Performance Management
• Ensure adherence to QCD objectives (Quality, Cost, Delivery).
• Manage risks/opportunities and implement security plans.
• Consolidate project indicators and ensure reporting to program management and client bodies.
• Lead the continuous improvement approach, setting and supporting transformation objectives in consultation with the program steering committee.

Your profile

• You have confirmed experience in project management in a complex environment and master project management practices / methods / tools.
• In a previous experience, you led a transformation with the deployment of organizations, best practices, processes, and tools.
• You have the ability to effectively manage and coordinate all project stakeholders (clients, partners, employees, cross-functional departments).
• Mastery of English is required given the numerous international partners.
• Project management experience in the Defense sector is an asset.
