Associate Manager

This Associate Manager role provides fund administration services to domestic and offshore hedge fund and private equity fund clients, encompassing investor subscriptions, redemptions, AML/due diligence checks, reporting, and communications. The position involves leading technical, skilled, or professional staff, resolving escalated issues, meeting schedules, and administering company policies. Candidates should possess a Master's degree with 1 year of related experience, a Bachelor's degree with 3 years, or a high school degree with 5 years of related experience.

Must Have

• Provide fund administration services to domestic and offshore hedge fund and private equity fund clients
• Process investor subscriptions and redemptions
• Perform anti-money laundering and due diligence checks on investors
• Report to investors and clients, and handle investor communications and inquiries
• Lead primarily technical, skilled, or professional staff
• Actively engage in team work to resolve escalated issues and meet schedules
• Administer company policies and provide direction and guidance to team members
• Minimally requires a Master's degree and 1 year of related experience, Bachelor's degree and 3 years, or high school degree and 5 years of related experience
