Job Description
As an Associate Principal Consultant, Operations at Nagarro, you will be responsible for leading and driving operational excellence within the organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, streamline workflows, and optimize resource utilization. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing operational strategies, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and collaborating with teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving operational efficiency across the organization.
Good To Have:
- Experience in the technology industry
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Must Have:
- Proven experience in operations management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in leading and driving operational excellence initiatives
