Job Description
DONTNOD Studios is looking for an Associate Producer to work on its next project developed 100% in Montreal.

What will be your job?
Reporting to the Project Producer, you will interact with all members of the game team to ensure the smooth progression of its development.
Your mission will be:
- to motivate and support the development team, to ensure that the project's goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are accessible and achieved in a benevolent context and in line with DONTNOD's values;
- to communicate effectively on the objectives to be achieved and their progress (creation of dashboards, organization of reviews, etc.);
- to support the teams in defining and planning tasks;
- to ensure effective synchronization between trades: dependency management, project priorities...
- to identify production blockers and problems and participate in their resolution;
- to support the organization of work both on-site and remotely.
Qualifications
What skills should you have?
- 3+ years of experience in a Production role (Associate Producer, Assistant Producer, Production Coordinator), on one or more commercialized indie, AA or AAA titles;
- good knowledge of the specificities and needs of different PC/Console video game production cycles;
- ease in defining and communicating clear objectives, as well as in monitoring and optimizing dependencies and priorities;
- proficiency in production tools (JIRA, Confluence, Notion, etc.);
- great autonomy in work;
- good knowledge of agile production methods;
- excellent oral and written communication skills, in French and English.
What would be a plus for us?
- experience on narrative games or narrative mechanics;
- experience on an Unreal Engine 5 project and its constraints;
- experience in production management for small to medium-sized teams (10 to 40).
