Role Overview:
As a Publisher Operations Associate, you’ll be at the front line of Publisher support, ensuring smooth operational processes and delivering outstanding service. This entry-level role is perfect for someone energetic and eager to learn the ins and outs of Affiliate Program Operations supporting Publishers.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to publishers by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist publishers with general inquiries, troubleshooting basic account settings, managing promotional properties, and supporting partner outreach efforts.
- Communicate with partners to address inquiries about program terms and provide clarity.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operational processes and workflow.
- Develop and manage comprehensive reports on campaign performance and execution metrics.
- Maintain open and effective communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Foster strong inter-departmental relationships and provide expert troubleshooting support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ideally, 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of affiliate marketing(preferred)
- Passion for learning about affiliate marketing, digital marketing, and their nuances.
- Quick learner with a high level of curiosity.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
