Key Responsibilities:

• Supports the stocks organization and the inventory activities.
• Makes the administrative ordering via E-catalogue, ensure the offers with purchasing team, reception of the materials and services in SAP.
• Archives and organizes the receiving documents.
• Delivers the invoices of the material received to the internal courier to ensure the closing of the booking process.
• Guarantees the finished goods backflush.
• Processes the logistics documentation and prepares the shipping content according to the shipping plan.
• Necessary documentation and full support with the need requested by customs.
• Daily arrangement of material in warehouse.
• Participate on the organization of the cycle inventory and adjust stocks in SAP/MTS7 if necessary. Packaging preparation.
• Registers the transports costs and shipping documents.
• Provides administrative support to the area.
• Safety and health awareness.
• Environmental awareness.
• Secure the performance of the mission respecting the Company’s values and culture.
• Comply with the Quality Management System (EOS), the Environmental Management System and Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Management System requirement.
• Knowledge of the requirements of handling and storage of chemicals.
• Knowledge of circuits for collection and storage of waste.
• Comply with the rules of internal control.

Your background:

• Specific training in the field of CNC Machining
• +2 years of experience with production machines
• Knowledge in maintenance and operation of machines required
• Good basic knowledge of mathematics
• Proven track record of working with gauges and compass
