This is a 3.5-year apprenticeship in Mechatronics starting September 1st, 2025 in Neutraubling. The program involves hands-on training with experienced instructors, focusing on assembling and wiring mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components into complex mechatronic systems. Apprentices will learn to read and interpret drawings and schematics, monitor processes, perform quality control and functional testing, and operate machining equipment (turning, milling, drilling). Additional training includes PLC programming, testing electrical devices and assemblies, and integration into ongoing projects and assembly teams. The apprenticeship offers above-average compensation with 13 monthly payments, 30 days of annual leave, and company participation. Post-apprenticeship, there are opportunities for long-term employment with project responsibility and career advancement.
