NPI Technician / Techniker Prototypenbau (m/f/d)

Tesla Engineering Germany GmbH seeks an NPI Engineering Technician to perform complex electro-mechanical assembly, support build processes, rework components (turning/milling), and prepare documentation. The role requires proficiency in reading and creating documentation, giving/following instructions, and updating production records. Troubleshooting equipment and processes, collaborating with engineering, quality, and operations teams is also crucial. The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years' hands-on assembly experience, technical training (mechanic/mechatronics engineering), and strong understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Experience with power electronic products and/or mass production is a plus. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential.
