Job Summary

This role is for an Automation Intern within the service and support area for channels at Motorola Solutions, providing support to partner companies in Chile and SOLA. The intern will assist in automating internal and external processes such as approval flows, invoicing, and quotation. This involves learning and utilizing automation platforms like N8N, Google Appscript, and Google Cloud Project, as well as improving existing systems like the MOTOTRBO systems quoting process and SAM audit processes.

Department Overview

Service and support area for channels. Support is provided to the company's various partner companies in Chile and SOLA.

Job Description

Assistance in automating internal and external company processes such as: approval flows, invoicing, quotation, etc. For this, the intern must learn to use automation platforms such as N8N, Google Appscript, Google Cloud Project, among others.

Access to Motorola Learning so that the intern can learn about the different systems and products that the company offers.
MOTOTRBO systems quotation process: Assistance in creating a new version of the quotation tool that has been implemented for 2 years in the area; this new version will include process improvements, document improvements, N8N integration for opportunity creation in Salesforce, etc.
SAM Audits Process: Improvements in the current audit process, and automatic creation of SAM certification.
