Job Summary
We are seeking an Automotive Junior Exterior Designer to join our Gothenburg studio, focusing on concept and production vehicle programs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with senior designers, modelers, engineers, and visualization specialists in a dynamic, innovative environment. Responsibilities include creating high-quality exterior design proposals, assisting with theme development, translating 2D sketches into 3D models, preparing design presentations, and exploring innovative ideas for future design direction.
Must Have
- Create high-quality exterior design proposals and sketches aligned with clients design vision and brand identity
- Assist senior designers with theme development, design refinement, and surfacing intent
- Collaborate with clay and digital modelers to translate 2D sketches into 3D models
- Prepare design presentations, renderings, and storyboards for internal reviews
- Explore innovative ideas, materials, and form languages to evolve the clients future design direction
- Master’s degree in Transportation Design, Mobility Design, or Industrial Design
- 0–2 years of experience (including internships)
- Excellent 2D sketching ability
- Strong visual storytelling skills
Good to Have
- Graduation from a recognized international design school
- Previous collaboration with a Chinese automotive brand
- Experience in advanced design studios or concept environments

What We’re Looking For
