Quince is launching in Canada and seeks a Bilingual French Customer Experience Specialist for a remote, full-time role. This position involves troubleshooting customer concerns, building loyalty through personalized support, managing multiple inquiries efficiently, and identifying trends to improve processes. The specialist will ensure consistent achievement of key performance metrics like CSAT and retention, contributing to a world-class customer experience from the ground up.
Must have:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with empathy.
  • Build lasting customer loyalty by providing personalized support.
  • Navigate multiple systems and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Identify recurring customer issues or trends and provide feedback.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of key performance metrics (CSAT, retention, response time, productivity).
  • Must be Bilingual in French and English.
  • At least 2 years of Customer Service experience in a remote or unsupervised setting.
  • Proven track record of handling high-volume customer inquiries across multiple digital channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to write and communicate with exceptional clarity and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a job where a strong ability to problem-solve was a core function.
  • A reliable, high-speed internet connection with minimum 75+ Mbps download and 10+ Mbps upload.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Requirements to Apply

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must be Bilingual in French and English.
  • At least 2 years of Customer Service experience, with a proven ability to manage your time and prioritize tasks in a remote or unsupervised setting.
  • A proven track record of handling high-volume customer inquiries across multiple digital channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Demonstrated ability to write and communicate with exceptional clarity and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a job where a strong ability to problem-solve was a core function.
  • Technical:
  • A reliable, high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 75+ Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 10+Mbps.

Note: Every Retention Specialist has a 90- day introductory period, and a successful completion of the introductory period is required.
