We’re seeking a Bilingual Web Coordinator (Canadian French and English) for a remote opportunity with a highly regarded outdoor apparel company. This is a part-time contract role with flexible weekly hours and no established end-date.
In this role, you will support our client’s French-Canadian digital content needs on their Canadian website. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience managing multilingual web content in a fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the Canadian French web presence is accurate, culturally relevant, and aligned with brand standards. A major component of the role involves adapting content from European French to Canadian French.
This ongoing part-time role requires 8-10 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 20 hours weekly during peak periods (July and January). While the company is based on the West Coast, candidates in the Eastern Time Zone are preferred for better alignment with European translation partners and West Coast stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Content Coordination & Publishing:
- Support the maintenance and updates of Canadian French web pages.
- Coordinate with translation teams or vendors to ensure timely and accurate localization of content.
- Adapt European French content to Canadian French, ensuring cultural appropriateness and linguistic accuracy, triaging projects between content and marketing teams and the external translation agency.
- Ensure all localized content meets quality, brand, and SEO standards.
Quality Assurance:
- Perform regular checks of French web content for accuracy, functionality, and consistency.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to layout, links, and interactive elements.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Partner with content strategists, designers, production, online store managers, and marketing teams.
- Act as the point of contact for Canadian French content needs and updates for internal stakeholders and external brand partners.
Project Coordination:
- Use project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, and Microsoft Teams to track tasks and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Manage small-scale content updates and localization projects independently.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Canadian French and English (written and spoken).
- 2+ years of experience in web coordination, content management, or digital publishing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with key SEO principles.
- Knowledge of Canadian French linguistic and cultural nuances.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a flexible schedule.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) a PLUS!
- Experience with translation workflows or localization platforms a PLUS!
- Experience working in a bilingual or multicultural environment a PLUS!
- Experience with Jira, ClickUp, or Klaviyo a PLUS! (Prior experience with digital PM tools required)
- Trilingual candidates (French Canadian, Mexican Spanish and English) a PLUS!
