Job Title: Broadcom Software India Government & Public Sector Leader
Role Overview
The Broadcom Software India Government & Public Sector Leader will drive Broadcom’s strategic engagement with central and state government organizations, PSUs, and defence agencies. This role will lead all aspects of business development, partnerships, sales execution, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen Broadcom’s footprint in the government and public sector ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Broadcom’s India government business strategy in alignment with company goals and national digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead a high-performing cross-functional team across sales, pre-sales, marketing, and partner management to achieve business targets.
- Build strong relationships with key government decision-makers, system integrators, and industry bodies to expand Broadcom’s influence and visibility.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to cloud, edge, security.
- Collaborate with global government affairs and policy teams to navigate regulatory frameworks and promote Broadcom’s technology adoption in public programs.
- Ensure full compliance with government procurement policies, ethics standards, and Broadcom’s internal governance principles.
- Represent Broadcom at governmental and industry forums to advocate for digital innovation and cloud adoption in the public sector.
- Provide regular business performance insights, market trends, and opportunity assessments to the Broadcom India leadership team.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, with at least 5 years leading government or public sector business portfolios.
- Proven ability to create and manage large-scale strategic deals and complex government tenders.
- Strong understanding of India’s e-governance policies, cloud strategies, and digital public infrastructure ecosystem.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse teams and strategic partner ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Engineering, technology, or business degree; MBA preferred.
