We’re seeking a Part-Time Business Affairs Associate (Remote) for a leading advertising agency. This is a 6–12 month contract opportunity supporting high-profile influencer and creative marketing campaigns.

In this role, you’ll review contracts, ensure legal compliance, and support campaign execution across influencer, content creator, and digital channels. Responsibilities

• Review influencer, creator, and campaign briefs to ensure alignment with MSAs, SOWs, and agency policies

• Proactively identify and escalate potential legal or compliance issues

• Review, structure, and negotiate contracts across a variety of campaign types

• Support legal and business needs related to influencer marketing, content partnerships, and social media campaigns

Requirements

• JD and active bar membership strongly preferred

• 2+ years of experience in Business Affairs, Legal, or Contract Management within an advertising agency, digital marketing, entertainment, talent agency, or media

• Proven experience in contract review, deal structuring, and negotiation

• Familiarity with influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media campaigns is a plus

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
