We’re looking to place a Paid Media Analyst with a leading consumer brand. This fully remote, 5-month contract position offers an exciting opportunity to support the Consumer Revenue Analytics Team and influence marketing strategy through data. You'll help unlock insights that drive subscriber growth, optimize campaigns, and identify high-impact opportunities across the consumer journey.

In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with media and marketing teams to democratize access to campaign, test, and funnel data—empowering informed decisions at both strategic and tactical levels. If you have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for paid media, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide data support for paid media initiatives, including reporting and segmentation for both content marketing and direct response tactics.

  • Build and maintain dynamic reporting dashboards by aggregating data from multiple sources.

  • Assist in QA testing plans to ensure data integrity and consistency.

  • Conduct exploratory and ad-hoc analyses to support subscriber acquisition and retention efforts.

  • Create audience segments and analyze campaign performance to uncover opportunities for growth.

  • Leverage internal testing results, competitive research, and market trends to drive actionable insights.

  • Identify key moments in the consumer journey where improvements can maximize revenue and profitability.


Requirements:

Languages & Tools:

  • SQL preferred (or willingness to learn on the job)

  • Python or R is a plus

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Basic understanding of data visualization concepts

Analytics Experience:

  • Web analytics and marketing analytics

  • A/B testing experience

  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and third-party data providers

  • Foundational knowledge of statistics

Platforms & Technologies:

  • Experience with relational databases

  • Snowplow and Shopify familiarity

  • Knowledge of experimentation platforms like Optimizely (or similar)

  • Visualization tools such as Mode Analytics, Looker, ggplot, or matplotlib

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
