Business Analyst - Afternoon Shift

Capco Poland is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join their team for migrating an existing trading platform to a new, modern solution. The role involves acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and effectively implemented throughout the migration process. Key responsibilities include requirements gathering, documentation, migration planning, stakeholder management, and ensuring risk and compliance.

Must Have

• Collaborate with traders, operations, risk, compliance, and IT teams to capture requirements.
• Analyze current platform capabilities and identify gaps.
• Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows.
• Maintain clear communication between business and technical teams.
• Support data mapping, migration strategies, and validation processes.
• Assist in defining test cases and participate in UAT.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business queries.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders.
• Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are addressed.
• Identify potential risks in migration and propose mitigation strategies.

• Analyze current platform capabilities and identify gaps for the new solution.
• Documentation & Communication
• Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows.
• Maintain clear communication between business and technical teams.
• Migration Planning & Execution
• Support data mapping, migration strategies, and validation processes.
• Assist in defining test cases and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for business queries related to the migration.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals.
• Risk & Compliance
• Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are addressed in the new platform.
• Identify potential risks in migration and propose mitigation strategies.
