Business Analyst (Capital Markets & Trading)

Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a Business Analyst with 7-15 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets and Trading. The role focuses on end-to-end trading journeys and mobile app-based trading solutions. Responsibilities include defining and managing requirements for digital trading journeys, utilizing strong business analysis skills, and working within Agile delivery models using Jira and Confluence. The position requires excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with global teams.

Must Have

• Strong domain experience in Capital Markets and Trading, with a focus on end-to-end trading journeys.
• Proven ability to work on mobile app-based trading solutions for investment products and market transactions.
• Experience in defining, documenting, and managing requirements for digital trading journeys, including order execution, portfolio management, and settlement processes.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Exposure to Agile delivery models, with proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with Business, Technology, and Operations teams across multiple regions.
• Prior experience working with global banking.
