Business Analyst - Credit Cards

Capco is seeking a Business Analyst in Credit Cards to join their Banking team in Brussels, Belgium. The role involves analyzing and documenting business requirements for credit card operations, identifying business needs, defining product strategy, proposing improvements, developing requirements and acceptance criteria, and acting as an interface between stakeholders, project management, and IT. The position offers a hybrid work environment and opportunities for career growth within the financial services industry.

Must Have

• Analyze and document business requirements related to credit card operations
• Identify business needs, trends, and competition
• Define product strategy
• Propose product & service improvements

Good to Have

• At least 5 years of experience in Cards
• Business analysis experience
• Knowledge of the banking industry, especially in Belgium (players, trends, etc.)
• Good ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and the link with IT
• Able to communicate with senior management
