PayPay, a fintech company that has surpassed 70 million users in approximately 7 years since its service launch in 2018, is composed of diverse members from about 50 countries and regions.
OUR VISION IS UNLIMITED_
We believe that a clear vision is not necessary to create a future beyond our imagination. PayPay is committed to realizing a vision (future) that no one can imagine, always maintaining a Day 1 stance. We are looking for colleagues who are passionate about tackling this grand vision, refining products at an overwhelming speed that cannot be imitated by other companies, and promoting the widespread adoption of cashless payments in Japan and its use as a financial life platform. We seek individuals who can proactively identify issues, collaborate with others, and jointly promote the creation of new value.
The Business Promotion Division supports various businesses through operations to improve the satisfaction of merchants and users who use PayPay. The Business Support Department handles the operations of each PayPay division, from taking over and managing tasks to reducing man-hours, improving, and automating those tasks. It is an organization of about 15 members, mainly in their 30s to mid-40s, and was newly established in October 2025. This recruitment is for a position within the Business Support Department.
The team's mission consists of the following three points:
1. Eliminate waste and inefficiency in operations and organization from a company-wide optimization perspective.
2. Contribute to stability by eliminating reliance on individuals and manual work in business and services.
3. Create an environment where each department can concentrate on core tasks.
You will have a unique experience of creating services and operations from scratch in collaboration with other departments.
Currently, with the rapid growth of the business, many services and campaigns are being created. On the other hand, for the operations related to these services, there is a demand to automate them using cutting-edge AI, leveraging the strengths of the SoftBank Group, to improve productivity and ensure stable operation (eliminating manual human operations). To achieve PayPay's accelerating business growth stably and efficiently, we believe it is necessary to strengthen the Business Support Department, and thus we are recruiting. We are also considering having you lead various tasks according to your strengths and experience, such as business improvement/efficiency, systemization/automation, and development skills, not only for PayPay's business divisions.
