Job Summary

Must Have
- 6+ years of experience in smartphone app planning or product management for mobile apps or web services
- Technical skills to read API specifications and external specifications and correctly define detailed requirements
- English proficiency (capable of email and internal chat, with AI support for specialized content)
- Strong desire and responsibility for problem-solving
- Communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Logical thinking ability to identify the essence from ambiguous situations and large amounts of information
- Ability to persevere and enjoy new challenges

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with engineers and designers to lead product development and promotion, balancing user experience improvement and business expansion.
- You are expected to be seconded to PayPay Bank as a member of the above project after joining the company.

Specific Job Responsibilities
You will participate in projects and work with product designers and engineers to develop new features and improve existing ones, always prioritizing user experience.

- Decide "What to build"
Based on requests from business divisions (business requirements), you will consider what functions are truly necessary for customers and compile them into specific product specifications.
- Envision the future of the product
You will define the product's vision and create a long-term plan (roadmap) for "which features to develop and in what order."
- Design and Planning
You will collaborate with designers to create optimal designs and screen flows that customers find "easy to use!" and "easy to understand!"
- Development Progress
You will work closely with engineers, discussing "how to achieve it" to determine development specifications and bring the product to life.

Compensation and Conditions
Employment Type

Work Location
- Hybrid Workstyle (remote work at office, home, or satellite office)
- You will be required to commute to the office/work remotely according to the rules of your assigned organization and work instructions.
- Use of satellite offices is subject to the rules of your assigned department.
Working Hours
- Super Flex System (no core time)
- Principle: 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM (7 hours 45 minutes actual work + 1 hour break)
Holidays
- Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and company-designated days
