Must Have

  • Ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and agent functions (preferably with skills to delegate to AI without writing code)
  • Project promotion ability to identify problems from various data and implement PDCA cycles independently
  • Practical experience in sales management, promotion, internal control, sales training, and development operations

Good to Have

  • Experience in business efficiency improvement or development of business support tools using RPA/GAS, etc.
  • Experience in departmental HR/recruitment and management of temporary/contract employees/departmental legal affairs/departmental accounting, etc.

About the Role

Introduction to the Sales Support Division

In an environment where the number of merchants is rapidly increasing daily, service specifications are evolving, and new services are being developed, it is essential to constantly update service/operational procedures and sales manuals. In this highly dynamic environment, this position involves frequent negotiations with sales employees working on-site and internal related departments, and sales support covers a very wide range of tasks.

The Sales Support Division consists of 6 departments: Sales Management Department, Sales Promotion Department, Sales Support Department, Enterprise & Partner Support Department, Inside Sales Department, and Digital Sales Department, with an organizational structure of approximately 140 members, promoting various supports for the sales division that drives PayPay's business growth.

The mission of each department includes "formulating and executing sales strategies and analyzing various data," "streamlining sales processes and developing training programs for sales members," "promoting/planning and operating new introductions of all services," "supporting data-driven sales," and "streamlining sales processes and operational support." The division as a whole is mainly composed of members in their late 20s to 40s, and all members work as project leaders, allowing them to thrive regardless of age or work experience.

Background of Recruitment

PayPay's services for merchants and solutions for local governments are updated daily, and the members responsible for sales are constantly required to demonstrate speed and growth. Furthermore, it is necessary to strengthen the system that supports increasingly complex and sophisticated sales from various angles, and this recruitment is for an increase in personnel to strengthen this sales support system.

Sales Management Department

▽ Sales support for merchant sales divisions

Responsible for managing sales operations and front-line merchant management, as well as compliance-related tasks (including security and operational incidents) to establish sales promotion, sales back-office support, and internal control. Each member takes on a mission and works as a project leader involving other departments, allowing them to thrive regardless of age, gender, or past industry experience.

1. Ability to handle business efficiency improvement and automation using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.), agent functions, RPA, GAS, etc. (preferably with skills to delegate to AI without writing code)

2. Project promotion ability to identify problems from various data and implement PDCA cycles independently

3. Practical experience in sales management, promotion, internal control, sales training, and development operations

Working Hours

  • Super Flex System (no core time)
  • Principle: 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM (7 hours 45 minutes actual work + 1 hour break)
