Casino&Payment Risk Manager

Growe is seeking a Casino&Payment Risk Manager in Warsaw to process alerts, identify fraud, and manage casino and payment cases. The role requires risk management experience, strong numerical and Excel skills, and an upper-intermediate level of English. The ideal candidate will be diligent, responsible, and collaborative, contributing to operational improvements and timely reporting while aligning with Growe's values of teamwork, results-driven approach, and adaptability.

Must Have

• Provide timely and effective processing of the flow of alerts following company standards (casino and payment risk players)
• Identify fraud or suspicious players on the shift
• Manage the resolution of casino and payment cases based on the installed procedures
• Execute tasks focused on improving operational work
• Submit timely reports to management regarding casino and payment anomalies
• Risk management experience in the fintech niche
• Ability to work shifts (including evening and night)
• Excellent numerical and Excel skills
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
