Job Summary

This role focuses on ensuring high-quality catering services and stable supply chains for employees. Responsibilities include monitoring supplier performance, analyzing user feedback to optimize service processes, managing daily operations of on-site catering and merchants, and handling welfare systems and emergencies. The expert will also be responsible for developing and refining operational standards and procedures.

Must Have

  • Ensure service quality and supply chain stability through meticulous process management.
  • Monitor supplier meal accuracy and quality, evaluate delivery effectiveness.
  • Record and analyze user feedback, propose improvement plans, optimize service processes.
  • Proactively handle potential issues to ensure employee dining safety and experience.
  • Collect user feedback and update menus, optimize dishes and services.
  • Responsible for providing standardized and planned management documents, continuously improving operating procedures.
  • Coordinate daily management of park-supporting catering and merchants, cooperate with welfare systems, handle abnormal situations.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, catering major.
  • Familiar with ISO22000 catering system management and implementation.
  • 3-5 years of experience in large internet workplace operations.
  • Over 3 years of experience in corporate catering management, group meal operations, or high-end property catering operations.
  • Familiar with various catering operation forms such as group meals, platforms, central kitchens, and on-site cooking.
  • Strong service awareness and food safety sensitivity, attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong data analysis skills, capable of driving decisions through data.

Job Description

1. Ensure service quality and supply chain stability through meticulous process management, monitor supplier meal accuracy and quality, evaluate delivery effectiveness, and provide improvement suggestions.

2. Record and analyze user feedback, propose improvement plans, and optimize service processes; proactively handle potential issues to ensure employee dining safety and experience.

3. Collect user feedback and update menus, optimize dishes and services to meet user needs and enhance the overall dining experience.

4. Responsible for providing standardized and planned management documents, continuously improving standardized operating procedures, and formulating and tracking process management at various stages.

5. Coordinate the daily management of park-supporting catering and merchants, cooperate with the use of Party A's welfare system, and handle abnormal situations.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, catering major, food safety direction preferred, familiar with ISO22000 catering system management and implementation of clauses.

2. 3-5 years of experience in large internet workplace operations, over 3 years of experience in corporate Party A catering management, group meal operations, or high-end property catering operations, familiar with various operation forms such as group meals, platforms, central kitchens, and on-site cooking.

3. Extremely strong service awareness and food safety sensitivity, attention to detail and employee experience.

4. Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities, able to effectively handle emergencies in catering services (such as food ingredient issues, dining disputes).

5. Strong stress resistance, able to adapt to multi-scenario catering service coordination needs.

6. Possess strong data analysis skills, capable of driving decisions through data.
