Job Summary
Job Description
The Chairman's Office is a direct organization of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of KRAFTON, and it is a department that promotes and manages communications with major shareholders and external key partners, as well as company-wide projects related to the core agendas of the Chairman of the Board. The staff of the Chairman’s Office will independently carry out or collaborate with related departments on 1-2 company-wide projects as part of the Chairman of the Board’s duties, and may also support due diligence for large-scale investments and M&A projects conducted by the Chairman’s Office. This position requires problem-solving skills, project management capabilities, business acumen, financial knowledge, maturity to represent the company in relationships with partners, and smooth teamwork.
Must have:
- Excellent communication skills
- 3-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, M&A, or subsidiary management.
- Business Fluent English skills
- No restrictions on overseas travel
Good to have:
- Experience in PMI or subsidiary management at Big-Tech companies
- Experience in M&A such as acquisitions/mergers/sales

Chairman’s Office는 ㈜ 크래프톤 이사회 의장의 직속 조직으로써, 주요 주주 및 외부 주요 파트너와의 커뮤니케이션, 그리고 이사회 의장의 핵심 의제와 관련된 전사 프로젝트를 추진/관리하는 부서입니다.

- Chairman’s Office의 스텝은 이사회 의장의 수명성 업무의 일환으로 전사 프로젝트 중 1-2개를 전담하여 독립적으로 수행하거나 유관부서와 협업를 통해 수행하게 됩니다. 프로젝트 중 일부로 Chairman’s Office에서 수행하는 대규모 투자 및 M&A 프로젝트의 실사를 지원하는 역할을 수행할 수도 있습니다.
- 다양한 종류의 프로젝트를 수행 하기 위한 문제해결능력, 프로젝트 관리역량, 사업 감각, 재무 지식, 파트너와의 관계에서 때때로 회사를 대변할 수 있는 원숙함, 그리고 원활한 팀워크 역량이 중요한 포지션입니다.
- 수 차례 창업 성공 경험이 있는 창업주와 가까이 일하며 세계를 무대로 빠르게 성장하는 회사의 중요한 의제들에 참여하여 경험할 수 있는 한편, 진취적이고 자율적인 조직 문화 안에서 폭넓은 자유도를 가지고 일할 수 있는 포지션입니다.

- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 다음 중 한 개 이상의 분야에서 3년~6년 경력
- 전략컨설팅
- 인수 및 합병 (M&A)
- 인수한 자회사의 관리 및 운영
- Business Fluent한 수준의 영어 구사 능력
- 해외 여행 결격사유가 없는 분
